Ho smontato anche le schede dell'altro asse e controllato saldature delle schede, connettori e cinghia. Tutto pareva a posto.
Dopo aver rimontato tutto, ho messo la montatura sul balconcino di casa e attaccato solo il tel guida. Un sommario puntamento alla polare e prova di calibrazione della guida. Ebbene anche se con fatica (deve fare circa 30 step per fare uscire la stella dal riquadro del monitoraggio) lo spostamento ad Ovest e ad Est funziona, finisce la calibrazione e mi da tutto verde.
L'ho lasciata andare per un po e tiene, fa gli spostamenti su tutti le direzioni e segue.
Avrò risolto???

Difficile rispondere a queste domande.
Domani tempo permettendo riprovo in terrazza e vediamo se va bene, lo spero ...
Allego uno screen di come l'ho lasciato prima di spegnere tutto e sotto qualche riga del log della calibrazione.
