You can clean the sensor yourself if you like.
I will send you the document for cleaning in case you want to attempt.
It is fairly easy and just takes patience.

You can also watch some youtube videos on cleaning a zwo camera.
I suggest getting a sensor cleaning kit with plenty of swabs. Always wipe in one direction and use the swab only once.
Sorry we do not have a service center in Italy. If you were to send to us it would come back to China for repair.
You can check with our local dealers in Italy, they may provide cleaning as well. https://www.zwoastro.com/our-dealers/
You can also try with a local camera shop to see if they can clean it for you. Just provide them the instructions and they should be able to do it.
If you want to send back to us, I can send you the RMA info. It would be $100 Labor plus $30 shipping for us to service.
